Meeting Called to Order By Captain Paul Walker- Welcome and thanked everyone for attending.

Departmental Reports

Latinum Fund Report- $220.00 in fund to date

Old Business

1.  Star Trek Movie Event Update- Captain Walker updated crew on progress of acquiring vendors for the upcoming move premiere. He spoke about getting Kellogg's on board as a sponsor.

New Business

1. Creation Convention Update- Capt. Walker spoke about  the club needing to raise $400.00 to cover the cost of the table.

2. Star Trek Update- Captain Walker spoke about Star Trek movie doing very well at box office. Also talked about new toys and glasses.  available at burger King

3. Star Trek Game Night- It was voted to have a game night at a location  to be held at one of two club Houses. Captain Walker will update as the event gets closer, date determined to be July 22nd 2009.

4. Star Trek The Experience Update- Captain Walker spoke about the fact that nothing has been done to reopen the closed attraction at the Hilton supposed to be moving downtown.
