Department Reports
Latinum Fund Report- XO Cornwell informed the crew of the $210.00 Balance as of today April 15th 2009 in the fund. He spoke about needing to raise the rest of the funds for the table before convention.
Old Business
Xanadu Las Vegas Convention Report- Scott Anderson was a no show to speak about Xanadu and it was voted on to not participate in this years Xanadu Convention due to scheduling conflicts.
Star Trek Movie Premiere Update- XO Cornwell informed the crew of the progress on the Star Trek 11 Movie Event Captain Walker is putting together. He spoke about sites and what type of event it would be. Kellogg's, Fundex Games and Mattel are all confirmed to attend the event to promote there new Star Trek Movie Tie-in merchandise.
New Business
WW.USS-LASVEGAS.COM New Club website Update- Chief Medical Officer Douglas Alexander spoke about the new website be in testing mode and that it come on line live later tonight. We look forward to a fresh new approach to the Official Website for the club. Mext Meeting Date: May 20, 2009 at 6:30 PM. Meeting adjourned.
