Attendees: Meeting Called to Order By Captain Paul Walker- Welcome and thanked everyone for attending.
Departmental Reports
Latinum Fund Report- $140.00 in fund to date
Old Business
1. Star Trek The Experience Update- Captain Walker gave report on nothing happening on the reopening of the Experience.
2. Xanadu Convention Report- It was voted to not participate in the Xanadu Convention this year due to schedule conflicts.
3. Star Trek Movie Event Update- Captain Walker updated crew on progress of acquiring vendors for the upcoming move premiere. He spoke about getting Kellogg's on board as a sponsor.
4. IFT Membership Update- XO Cornwell spoke about the club taking over the IFT Membership Kit production. It is progressing slowly as Russ slowly sends us the needed info.
New Business
1.VIP Dinner- It was decided by a vote of 8 to 5 not to pursue the dinner this year due to the shortness of time to prepare.
2. Creation Convention Update- Captain Walker spoke about the club needing to raise $400.00 to cover the cost of the table.
3. Robert Picardo Charity Auction Update- Captain Walker spoke about the choice of Hennessey's this year not palace station and is scheduled for August 9th 2009. 8PM to Midnight.
4. SAM Ideas- XO Cornwell spoke about possible locations for SAM missions such as Miniature Golf, Bowling night Hiking, Roller Skating.
5. SAM Scheduled for March 29th Hiking Trip, Meet at Red Rock Station top level of the center garage. Next Meeting Date: April 15, 2009 at 6:30 PM. Meeting adjourned.
