Meeting Called to order by Executive Officer Cornwell at 6:30 PM, who welcomed and thanked
the crew for attending.
Departmental Reports
Science Report - No Science Report was given due
the absence of CSO, Barbara Givens.
Latinum Fund Report- XO Cornwell gave report of
$188.00 in fund to Date.
All other departments reported all systems functioning within normal
parameters.
Old Business:

Refuse Collection Away Mission -
Cancelled due to scheduling conflicts event will be rescheduled.
New Business:
Star Trek Updates - XO Cornwell
spoke about new products coming out to tie in with the movie premier on
May 8th 2009. These products include the book adaptation of the movie
screenplay by Allan Dean Foster, new toy lines from playmates and blue-ray
disc sets of favorite episodes of both TNG and TOS Star Trek series. A new
version of Scene It and great new Star Trek Monopoly set.
Xanadu Update - None due to fact that Scott Anderson Director of Xanadu
was unable to attend.
IFT Membership - XO Cornwell spoke how he had sent out 15 membership
packets from the list he had received from Russ. He was waiting for more
membership supplies to be shipped from Russ, the Admiral of IFT
Operations.
Awards & Promotions
Pat Arthur promoted to Jr.
Lieutenant, 3rd Class
Robert Niwa promoted to Lieutenant, 2nd Class
Gloyd Green promoted to Ensign, 2nd Class
Sean Fillmore promoted to Cadet Ensign 1st Class
Next Meeting Date: Next Meeting to be March 18, 2009 at 6:30 PM at
Hennessey's Tavern down on Fremont Street.
