Meeting called to order by Captain Walker at 6:30pm
Captain Walker welcomed everyone to the meeting and made note that this
was the largest meeting in the history of the ship.
Departmental Reports
Science Report - CSO Barbara Givens gave her report on her
www. Roddenberry.Com story she is now getting paid for through the hits on
the websites "Web Counter" the more hits she gets the greater the pay for
her upcoming articles will be. Update on Star Trek products coming from
The Hamilton Collection, is now further delayed there products release.
They are continuing to send post cards apologizing for these delays now
the cars are not even for the same product I orders.
Latinum Fund Report - XO Mike Cornwell reported that the ship added
$42 to the Latinum Fund bringing the balance to $206.
Chief Records Officer Report - CRO Wendy Fillmore reported that she
needs submissions for the ship newsletter. The name for the newsletter was
chosen from suggestions by crew. The name will be Neon Communicator.
All other departments reported all systems functioning within normal
parameters.
Old Business:

Holiday Party - Location Lone Star Steak House on Rainbow booked for
December 12th at 6:00PM. Bring gift worth $10.00 or less for "Dirty
Santa".

Refuse
Collection- SAM scheduled by XO Cornwell for November 28th, 2007 to pick
up refuse on Kyle Canyon mile marker 17.

Menagerie Away Mission Update- HD Big screen release was huge hit
nationwide, At Red rock station 12 members of USS Las Vegas shared the
"Experience" to gather on Tuesday night at 7:30pm.

Ke'Eheyr
Station Decommissioning Party- Event was Held at Wendy and Bob Fillmore
residence 18 members attended last official function of the 15 year old
chapter of Star Fleet International. All members welcomed aboard there new
home USS Las Vegas. Station abandoned.

Self
Defense Training- Captain Capparella contacted XO Cornwell about
scheduling this event. Possible dates discussed 12 people expressed
interest in taking part. XO Cornwell suggested his club house for the
possible location.

SAM Away
Mission discussed- Chief Morale Officer Joshua Andrews discussed mission
to Ethel M. Chocolate Factory on Henderson for the Cactus Garden tour of
lights. Date chosen was December 19th.

Year in Review-
Captain Walker recapped first two years from 3 members originally to 30
now, It has grown into the kind of active ship he has always wanted. Paul
Thanked the crew for there continued support and participation. He stated
it is "Time for a new Beginning" with More great things planned for 2008
and into the future. 17 members voted to continue meeting at Quark's for
the remaining year on there lease with the Las Vegas Hilton.

Next Meeting Date: January 16, 2008 at Quark's. Note: There will no
regular meeting in December due to the Holiday Party on December 12.
