Captain Walker Welcomed all and thanked for attending.

Departmental Reports

Science Report - Barbara Givens recapped trip to eastern Europe, including Budapest and her bus ride to the Black Sea.

Latinum Fund Report - XO Mike Cornwell reported $390.00 in account with following deductions approved by Captain Walker.
 - $200.00 Table Cost for convention
 - $100.00 Robert Picardo Airfare
 - $40.00 Cost of Club Polo Shirt (Gift for Robert Picardo)
 
All other departments reported all systems functioning within normal parameters.

Old Business:

1. The Picardo Project- Plans have been finalized for Friday night Dinner only for club members:
   Restaurant - chosen Fellini's Italian Restaurant inside The Stratosphere Tower-location near convention.
   - 15 People interested in attending
   - Cost for dinner will be $25.00-$27.00 per person.
    

2. Robert Picardo's Charity Dinner Update - Ricardo's Mexican Restaurant selected dinner instead of brunch.
   - 16 People interested in attending
    

3. Convention Update - Hours and dates for shifts at table during convention, Four hours shifted were discussed by XO Cornwell. Dress code
   for convention discussed of either IFT T-shirts or USS Las Vegas Polo shirt.
    

4. SAM Springs Preserve Away Mission - Away mission took place on Wednesday July 11Th Frank Brown relayed details of away mission. Six crew members took part in mission.

New Business:

1. New Ship's Newsletter was introduced. It will be compiled by New Record's officer Wendy Fillmore. A contest to "Name the Newsletter was introduced by Captain Walker.
    

2. Due to Convention proximity, Meeting is being moved to Wednesday, August 1st 2007. Time is still 6:30 PM at Quark's.
