Departmental Reports

Science Report- CSO Barbara Givens absent, Report Given by Rudy Rivera, discussion of 3-d printers being developed the next step to Replicators.

Latinum Fund Report- XO Mike Corwell reported $249.00 total for the month.

Other Departments Reports- All departments report ship operating with normal parameters.


Old Business:

  1. The Picardo Project- The project is a go. Friday night dinner and Sunday brunch confirmed, Special additional guest John Ethan Phillips is also coning for the weekend.
     

  2. Promotional Cards from Creation Entertainment have been delivered. Cards will be handed out and documented where they were distributed in exchange for two extra convention passes.
     

  3. Barbeque SAM (Social Away Mission) Report- Special thanks to Barbara Givens for opening her home again for the Barbeque.
     

New Business:

  1. F.K.V.  May’bogh Klingon Feast scheduled for June 2nd at 7:00pm discussed, 10 crew members expressed interest in attending Feast.
     

  2. Jurassic Trek VII scheduled for August 25th discussed, No crew members expressed interest due to August convention.
     

  3. SAM Plans for June
     

    1. Springs Preserve- discussed for June 6th at 6:00pm, cost will be $14.95 per person for all day pass.
       

    2. Adopt-A-Highway- scheduled for June 10th, 6 volunteers expressed interest.
       

Awards and Presentations

A couple of promotions were due, but will be presented at the June meeting due to a printing problem. (no ink)
