Captain Walker called meeting to order at 6:30 PM at the emergency meeting location of Memphis Championship Bar B Que. Location was changed suddenly due to Quark’s Rest. unable to accommodate normal meeting location due to major convention in town. Captain Walker began by welcoming everyone and thanking them for attending the meeting at the NEW emergency location.

Old Business:

  1. Picardo Project update: XO Cornwell presented the Picardo Project update and crew was updated to the current status. Creation Entertainment Co. officially declined our ship the opportunity to host Robert Picardo at the upcoming August Star Trek Convention. Plans continue to proceed with back-up plan to host Mr. Picardo at an official dinner on Friday evening and charity brunch on Sunday morning during convention.
     

  2. Mousetrek 13 update and report offered by Captain Walker and X0 Cornwell who attended along with Ensign Blanchard on a recent trip to Disneyland.
     

  3. SAM (Social Away Mission): Bar B Que Dinner and potluck was confirmed to occur at the home of Ensign Barbara Givens on Wednesday May 2nd from 6:00 pm till ??? 10 members of crew expressed interest in attending.
     

  4. Legacy Mission: XO Cornwell offered info on his upcoming trip to Alamogordo NM for the memorial flight and services to launch Jimmy (Scotty) Doohan into space after many long delays. Any member of the crew is invited to attend and go along.
     

New Business:

  1. Captain Walker presented the crew with some long overdue updates from the world of Star Trek

    Star Trek 11

    1. J. J. Abrams confirmed publicly that the roll of Captain James T. Kirk would feature prominently in the next feature film. No other details about this roll released at this time.

      Music Composer announced …Michael Giaccino
      Release date of Stardate: 12.25.08 still planned
       

  2. CBS/Paramount announced release date of July 24th 2007 for the next release in the Star Trek Fan Collective series. Captain’s Log.
     

  3. New Force Comics& Diamond Select Toys announced upcoming special Editions of famous starships: Battle damaged USS Enterprise from Star Trek: II The Wrath of Kahn and Battle Damaged USS Enterprise NCC 1701 D from Nemesis
     

  4. DVD Release of Comedy Central’s recent special roast of William Shatner The Shat hits the Fan announced
     

  5. Klingon Feast announced: Sister ship FKV May'bogh (formerly USS Battleborn) presented crew with an invitation to join them at their first official feast. Scheduled date is June 2nd beginning at 6:00 pm approx. at the home of the XO of their ship. More details on this will be offered and presented at next meeting.
     

  6. IFT Information crew updates: All crew members were asked to review and update all information for the crew roster that was recently submitted by IFT Command HG. Any missing info will be sent to IFT HG to be added to the crew roster

  2. Promotion certificate from Ensign 2nd class to Ensign 1st class presented to Ensign Paula Angelos
